What Is Being the Best Training?
Personal effectiveness can be defined as a distinct set of behavioural competencies which are a group of skills embedded within all work-related activity. Being the Best relates to the behavioural aspects of the internationally recognised MCI Standards of Management Competence. You, as a manager, must know your own strengths, and maximise them, and identify your weaknesses and learn how to overcome them. Your personal success is probably measured by your own productivity. This course will focus on those areas where you can personally improve your effectiveness. This course will provide you with the skills, methods, and techniques you require to work effectively and confidently with your colleagues, clients and managers. The Being the Best course will be accredited to the latest in recognised certificating award. All successful delegates will also receive an Xyz certificate of attendance. Enrolled subscribers of the National Training Card will also have any certificate, qualification and/or ID card (where applicable) automatically added to their member account.
